1. HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO SHIP MY FIGA?

Each Figa is custom printed and packaged with care.
Production usually takes 2–3 working days before shipping.
We’ll keep you updated along the way — from printing to dispatch!

2. WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept credit cards, and PayPal to make your shopping experience as smooth as possible.

3. DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Yes! We deliver worldwide. Shipping costs and times may vary depending on your location.

4. HOW DO I CANCEL MY ORDER

We can only cancel the order if the order hasn't been printed yet. If you would like to cancel your order, please contact us at contact@figabooth.com as soon as you can.

5. IS MY FIGA COMPATIBLE WITH LEGO®?

Yes! Your Figa is fully compatible with LEGO® bricks and accessories — ready to join your existing builds and adventures.

6. CAN I RETURN MY ORDER?

At Figabooth, every figure is made especially for you — custom printed to order.

Because of this, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges unless an item arrives faulty or incorrect. If there’s been a mistake, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
